14-day money-back
- Your first payment for any plan (Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime) can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
- Renewals of a subscription can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if you have not used R2M since it renewed.
- When a payment is refunded, the licence it paid for ends.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling stops the next renewal. The licence stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds for the rest of a period, except as above or where the law requires.
How to ask
Paddle.com is our reseller and handles refunds. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net, or write to [contact email, to be added] with the email you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
